'We made a booking through Expedia for a Suite room,and was confirmed through email. We drove straight to Lubbock, Texas after work. Arrived tired at 9PM. After checking in we had to go down to front desk because our key card wasn't working. Went back down the second time because they gave us a standard room vs suite room. Front desk said that it was the room Expedia booked for us and since our booking was made through a third party, they can not do anything about it. We're too tired to pursue...

'The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. 'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'Do bring a travel kit and slippers. Also it's better to drive places here, if not Lyft is your best choice. There is a market place 15 min walking distance away from here but you will need to cross highways to get there if you do walk. Asking for pots, bowls, cutting board, and knife at the check in in the front.'
