'The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom. 'We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...

'My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either'

'This is an interesting and fun property but is older and getting a bit shabby. The beds and furniture both definitely need updating. Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.'
