'I was very dissatisfied with the hotel itself. To carry the Wyndham attached, is unlike anything I have experienced. The room had very low lightning (1 light). Bathroom outdated, carpet needs to be removed. This location isn’t family friendly. It wasn’t what I was expecting. However, the parking lot had plenty of lights. The staff were very friendly and polite.'

'Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. '

Someone was able to check in using my ID, which is a serious security issue. when they told me that i expected immediate help and concern, but that was not the case at all. The afternoon staff was especially unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive.
