'Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. 'For a stay in Beaufort, SC, for my money, the Rhett House Inn cannot be beat. It is located in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance of almost everything. We parked our car on Friday afternoon and didn't see it again until we checked out on Sunday. In between, we walked to various sites of interest and restaurants throughout the day.
