It has been a couple of years since our last stay, and we noticed that the property is beginning to show its age and may be due for some updates. 'When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. '

'The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it.'
