'Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. The main en-suite bedroom is on the fourth floor which is a trek with your bags and make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you’re going out...

'Great place, lovely and warm, very clean. Free parking an absolute bonus in Brighton area. Good location easy access in and out of town and close to other nice coastal towns. Went for marathon and to explore all went well'

'Property is in a really great location, the parking space in a private car park was also really nice and only a 10 minute walk away. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay! Host communication was great and replied really quickly to any questions we had. Thank You! X'
