'When we got there we were quickly welcomed at the lobby and given our room keys. As we got to the floor our room was on we noticed a lot of large trash bags in the hallway outside of the rooms. At least 4 large trash bags full of peoples trash just laid out in front of the doors which was weird. There was somewhat of unpleasant smell in the corridor as soon as we got out of the elevator. Our room looked nice but looking in the bathroom and the floors things looked very dirty. The bathroom didn't...

'The hotel is beautiful; looks new. Convenient location to Chinatown. The room is spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient 1 min walk to the Galleria. Staff was very firendly. Room a little bit dated but not disturbing. Beds slept great. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall will be back when visting next time.'
