'Cleanliness of the room was not great. Had to switch rooms. You can smell the sewer water coming from the bathroom and have to keep the door shut. Staff in the office were very disorganized. '

'I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call...
