'So it was okay. The walls are thin so hopefully the people on your floor are quiet. The room itself was nice and clean, good room service. Breakfast was fine too. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in putting effort to accomodate me. Post surgery, I needed to order food and I had to plead in order for him to help me out by entering a local phone number code into the app. He ended up doing it, took him 2 seconds. But I didn't appreciate having to plead in the condition I was in. Otherwise...

'If you are in Istanbul for visiting the tourist hotspots in the inner city this is not the best choice of hotels (too far from the old town), but if you need to be in this area (Tekstilkent or Bayrampasa) we have not found a better hotel than this one. Very helpfull staff, very friendly. The breakfast has everything you could want or need, dinner restaurant is very good, but a little too expensive, but if you do not want to go out and look for a restaurant it is a very good alternative, I LOVED...

'Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten. Er was een sauna aanwezig een gezellige bar en rondom het hotel was veel te doen, zoals een grote shopping mall. '

'First of all, we had to contact the agent to get the check in information and procedures. Normally those should be given to us. On our arrival, we realised that there were dirty dishes. Plus there was no hand soap. For the price we paid, tbe internet wasnt good. We had difficulties connecting and accessing different websites. There was no toilet paper, when we arrived.'

'We got a very dirty room with unsafe plugs sticking out in every room. We travel with kids so we rejected the room. The room goven to us after was in better cindition but also poor cleaning. There was an obvious long period of supervisial cleaning prior. Most corners were just disgusting. Other than hygiene, we absolutely enjoyed the view over the city from the 32nd floor. And the room was very spacious. We loved the 360° view and the bathroom windows! The breakfasy is very nice for sure.'
