'We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.'

'The location was right in the center of the Polanco area—sophisticated, safe, and very clean. It was within walking distance of Antara and Miyana shopping malls, as well as Museo Soumaya, the iconic museum. The unit itself was new, spacious, and spotless. The kitchen and dining area were comfortable for the three of us during our four-night stay, and we were able to relax easily. Both bedrooms had comfortable queen-sized beds, which allowed us to get good rest after our Teotihuacan...
