'House was perfect for us. Had a group of 8 and it was the perfect fit. Location is fantastic. All the great restaurants within walking distance. Snorkel right off the back of the house. Marvin is a great guy and super helpful during your stay. '

'We have stayed at the property in the past (under previous ownership) and it suits our needs nicely. Our priorities are 1) peace and quiet away from the tourist zones, 2) good reef snorkeling that's easily accessible, 3) kayaking, 4) pool. For anyone looking for these things (especially to relax away from tourists), this property will fit the bill nicely. We paddled out to the reef to snorkel, daily, and would paddle out to Hole in the Wall, the floating Salt Spray Mangrove Bar, and Mangroves...

'The view was incredible every morning looking at the ocean from a private beach was amazing. Even at night the moonlight illuminated the ocean while a sea breeze blew in from the sea. Very quiet very secluded and private. Will come back again. The attendant was amazing and responsive. Also offered to rent golf carts to travel around the island. This place was exactly what we wanted and more!!'

'Living Waters was beautiful. A very private location away from the cruise ships and crowds of the West end. If you appreciate nature, then look no further. Private dock was perfect for launching snorkeling excursions. Best, Alex'

'The location of our stay was amazing - BUT we had to fight to get this location after our 1st choice was denied after having already been accepted. Communication with the host was lacking and very stressful. Details should be conveyed in a timely fashion. The pool could have been cleaned more than 2x week. Hydro is costly everywhere. Golf at the BlackPearl is more targeted to the cruises coming in instead of villa guests & members. '
