« This was was perfect for a big group of friends visiting Tampa area. There were more than enough rooms/bathrooms and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably . Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that can sleep a big group! »

« The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. »

« We loved the location of this. Right off the pinellas trail so you can walk/run this every morning or evening. Not far from downtown Dunedin, palm harbor and tarpon springs. Location is everything! »

« We have stayed in many homes before and I must say, this one was perfect. The house was super clean and very well equipped from linens to dishes and cooking utensils. It was even equipped to enjoy the beach with chairs and towels which is very unusual. Again thank you and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay in this house again. We highly recommend this home for 2 - 3 couples or a family with children. It is very comfortable and also has outdoor games to enjoy family time. »

« Made for an absolutely amazing vacation. The property was easy to find, access, and navigate. Property manager was extremely easy to contact prior to our stay and there were no reasons to reach out while we were there. Property has EVERYTHING you need for a stay in a beach town from umbrellas, to chairs, to towels to toys for kids. Would highly recommend and will be staying again on our next trip to CB »

« We had a blast here. The owner, Gary, was very nice and walked us through the house's features. Its very spacious and has many amenities, one being the indoor pool and spa which was perfect after the vacation activities. We loved it and had a great time. We will definitely be back! »

« This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie. »

« The location is nice an quiet and in a safe area. This was a GREAT value, but note some things in the comment for improvements. The home is clean, relatively updated and spacious for 2 people. Neighbors were quiet and working folks in the cul du sac. The items that could be improved to make a stay perfect: 1) Some sort of instruction booklet on expectations, things in the area, check out times, how run furnance/ac, etc... There was password to access wi-fi on table, which was about it. 2)...

« This house has a multitude of amenities. I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. There are Samsung TV's in...

« Everything went as planned. Location was awesome. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do but not bothered by the busy city noises and traffic. The park down the road was amazing. Kayaked and enjoyed the serenity of all the beautiful nature. We will definitely be back. Only negative is the coffee creamer needs to be replaced before every visitor. « The property is as described online. There is a lot of space, it is very clean, and well decorated. The owner, Maya, was very quick to respond to our questions. When we experienced a problem with the WiFi, she had the local provider come out right away to replace the router. She is pleasant and wants her guests to enjoy their stay. »
