'L' appart hôtel que nous avions réservé n' était pas disponible. La personne à l' accueil ne semblait même pas attendre notre venue. On nous a attribué un autre logement au bout d'une longue attente. L' appartement n' avait aucun charme, il n' y avait aucun ustensile cuisine ( très peu de couverts, les poêles pas adaptées à l' induction, pas de torchons...). '

'The location is great and it’s within walking distance to Ben Thanh market, Saigon Centre and most places. The check in process was efficient and the security guards were very helpful. The apartment itself is not what you term as “luxury” it’s old and needs maintenance. The apartment we stayed was old and the toilet made terrible noise every time you flush the toilet and the water gets refilled. The beddings and the towel smells damp even when they were replaced.'

"This is our 4th time visiting The Reverie since 2020. The hotel still amazes us and the politeness of its employee is remarkable. Once you step in the hotel it feels like you just enter the palace of Louis the 14th. You can feel like a king one day. In our case 14 days. This is also the 50th anniversary of my parents, and they made it very special for my parents. Big thanks for that. It's our fourth installment and unfortunately we also observed some downsides of it. An overview of the in our opinion shortcomings compared to the previous times: 1. No one opens the elevators for you anymore 2. mini bar is only filled once a day instead of twice 3. the floor of the room is not daily cleaned and they missed some areas, you can also see spiderwebs on the chair 4. fruit is only one time (arrival) 5. the luxury small shampoo, body wash bottles are replaced by big refillable bottles in the shower. you miss the luxury feeling 6. the box for the hand towels in the bathroom is damaged, this is not 5 star worthy, damage products feels like you staying at a hostel. Perfection is in the details, and The Reverie is slowly losing it. "
