'Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but...

'Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night'

'Upon room acquisition we discovered our toilet wasn't operating properly. As there were 5 of us and we were booked for multiple nights, we felt this needed to be addressed promptly. Long story short, the staff kept passing blame and giving excuses as to why it was never fixed and on our last night finally offered to comp our stay and move us to another room. No manager ever reached out to us nor were they ever available for us to communicate our concerns. This resulted in them charging me again...

'The room was very uncomfortable, very loud noises from the highway outside, no noise cancelling in that room whatsoever. The comforter on the bed was very thin and light, not comfortable or warm at all. Blinds didn’t cut out the light either. Most Holiday inns that I have stayed at have been great, not this one unfortunately. The staff were the only good thing here. They were nice and welcoming.'

'The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. There were two elevators, one was not working, therefore it took quite a while getting on an elevator. Our room smelled like mildew and “closed up.” I actually ended up waking up in the middle of the night having breathing issues/coughing. Staff was great, but I would not stay again.'
