'Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but...

'Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night'

'After a chilly afternoon poolside, I was looking forward to a hot shower and instead experienced one with barely any warmth. You would think this wouldn’t be the case in such a nice establishment. 'The room was very uncomfortable, very loud noises from the highway outside, no noise cancelling in that room whatsoever. The comforter on the bed was very thin and light, not comfortable or warm at all. Blinds didn’t cut out the light either. Most Holiday inns that I have stayed at have been great, not this one unfortunately. The staff were the only good thing here. They were nice and welcoming.'

'The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. There were two elevators, one was not working, therefore it took quite a while getting on an elevator. Our room smelled like mildew and “closed up.” I actually ended up waking up in the middle of the night having breathing issues/coughing. Staff was great, but I would not stay again.'

'Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. The room was very outdated but HVAC and TV worked fine. All and all everything is functional for me traveling by myself, had I had anyone with me I would have chosen someplace else. Just...
