'I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time. 1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...

'We stay here every year for the Coca Cola 600 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Hotel was redone last year and came our very nice. The only complaint that I had this year was the Wi-Fi. Signal was very spotty, otherwise it is a great place. A short walk to the track'

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...
