'During check-in and every other time, the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. Clean and tidy premises. Ours was a family room which was on the upper level. Spa was nice. Beautiful never ending views from the balcony! Will definitely stay there again when in Napier! Best location!'

'Ondanks de vriendelijke ontvangst etc van de receptioniste/eigenaresse toch niet geheel tevreden . Zowel kamer als badkamer kunnen wel een (grote) schoonmaak gebruiken ! Verder is de receptie te kort bemand. Voordeel : de perfecte ligging . '

'Nice hotel in Napier. The bedroom was a bit dated but the bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable but beware - if you are tall there is a very off light fixture over the bed that branches out and was quite low. Good location across from a grocery store and walking distance to many restaurants.'
