Candlewood Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Arpt by IHG
Room did not smell fresh. Was not well kept and swimming pool has been out of service for months they told me but didn’t bother to mention that before I reserved my stay which I had to cancel immediately. Had to book a hotel somewhere else. They used to be really nice, not sure what happened ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Hartford - Bradley Airport
Staff was good. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Floors were filthy and surfaces had multiple sticky spots. They did make sure to have those issues taken care of. The server in the restaurant, Lexi, was excellent. She was kind, helpful, and provided fast service.

The room was clean, definitely couldve had a better draining tub and a wider room. It felt very compact, especially for the price. The breakfast was wonderful, though!
