'This is a truly authentic Nepalese hotel with original antique pieces. The hotel is super clean and the staff is very helpful. The location could not be better, situated on a quiet road but only a minute walk from the busy streets of Thamel. You can have your breakfast for lunch which I particularly appreciated as I do not like eating in the mornings. Thank you.'

'This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...

'Aanrader: Goed hotel in het centrum van Thamel, liggende aan een asfaltstraat, goed bereikbaar. Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt. Ook het restaurant is prima voor een snack tussendoor of voor het diner, dit alles is van een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. Ik heb hier 3 weken met veel genoegen doorgebracht en hoop over 1-2 jaar terug te komen.'

'I've stayed in many hotels in Thamel, and I found Hotel Buddha Land to be the best value. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable.
