« Easy check-in and arrived to a beautiful home equipped for all our needs during our stay. Amazing kitchen and lots of space. Centrally located to all our adventures beit Bar Harbor, Acadia or Southwest Harbor. Host was super helpful and responsive! »

« We just returned from our trip. First the location was excellent. The property is very picturesque and really afford the visitor great places to walk and truly see the coast of Maine. The host did a really good job in communicating with us and was respectful of our privacy. Concerning the condition and the amenities of the property…This home is a two family, which is fine however there were many things missing that were really would’ve been nice to have. It seems like the host may not have a lot...

« This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. »

« This old house has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful stay. The shy to the wate is a bit of a hike, but worth it for a spectacular view. »

« This is a wonderful (old) house with lots of space. The bedrooms are nicely separate, making it perfect for any group of people that would like some level of privacy. The outdoor fire pit is especially nice. It is 25-30 minute distance from Acadia and Bar Harbor, which we did not find an obstacle. It has a large dinging room table perfect for dinner and games. The kitchen is well furnished. Really perfect for a family visit to Acadia. »

« The house was nice and the owner was great to deal with, she provided a lot of local knowledge on things to do. I will say that it is on a surprisingly busy road. But the horses were great and the family loved to give them apple slices and carrots. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. Also it’s not too far from Bar Harbor and Arcadia. »

« We visited Blue Hill and Acadia with two families. We needed a place that was suitable for six kids and four adults. This place was far better than we could have even imagined. It was a clean and historical property that has been thoughtfully renovated. The grassy area in the front is perfect for yard games and relaxation. The owners were extremely thoughtful and considerate. They even prepared a fire and welcomed us with s'mores supplies and other local treats. We will be returning! »

"Hôtel très propre et chambre confortable. Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais il pourrait être plus varié. La piscine était très propre et des serviettes sont proposées. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’Acadia parc et Bar Harbor. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter !"
