Pedro had graciously left a bottle of wine for us. the apartment had everything we needed, great location - near restaurants, supermarkets and all the sites we went to were in walking distance. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on.
