'Another very enjoyable stay at Grandover. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain during our stay so my husband couldn’t golf and we couldn’t use the pool. However, we used the hot tub and enjoyed meeting some of the other guests as we relaxed there. Dinner at Finials was as delicious as the other times. 'Great check in experience with front desk staff! Extremely friendly and helpful! Room is clean and spacious. 'I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t get a better rating. It was clean, comfortable, easily located. The desk lady was very nice. The pool looked great and breakfast was delish. 'Ali checked us in and we arrived late at night and tired. He was friendly and polite. Our room key initially didn’t work so when I went downstairs to replace it he offered to come upstairs to ensure it worked. He didn’t have to do that so I consider his service above and beyond. Great job young man! The one thing I’ll say needs improvement is the fitness room. Please add some wipes and water for sanitary purposes.
