Hôtel près de Grotte Jinxiu Fengshui (Hangzhou)

« Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

« Très acceuillant et adore les animaux. Le lieu était magnifique. »

« Great staff. Friendly services with cultural gifts. »

« Noce staff, good breakfast! »

« We had to cancel our stay due to unexpected reason. Although communicated ahead of time to inform the decision, we were charged the full price. It was a disappointing experience. »

« This was a very cute stay, women owned, beautiful view. »

« If you want a unique experience, take a room with a lake view in the Horizon category. Horizon club means 1) top two floors in the main building, i.e. incredible view, and 2) VIP service with separate check-in / check-out and private lounge (with 180 degrees breathtaking view there). »

« From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

« The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception. »
