'We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. 'House is older but has been updated where it matters. Quiet and peaceful except for the nightly game of Uno on the deck. Then much laughter could be heard. '

'Entire property was fantastic. The location was perfect as we were in the area for a few days to go enjoy the wineries. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
