« Pool and hot tub were closed and no one was working on them. Breakfast was good. No daily maid service. »

« Quiet, easy parking and no smoking room as requested. Staff was pleasant and check in took only a few minutes. Several restaurants were only a few blocks away. I will use them again when I travel that way. »

« Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed. »

« We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about...

« Unfortunately, the room was not clean and left us feeling ready to leave as soon as we got there. The comforter was stained, the AC unit was held together with tape, and the shower had sharp, rusty pieces and had hair left on the floor. Location was fine and staff was helpful but overall, did not feel great staying there. »

« Room didn’t look nice. Blankets were all stained and looked dirty. I would not be staying here again and would not recommend this place to my friends or family. »

« I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all »
