'The hotel and sfaff at hotel was great. The breakfast was so delicious! The only complaint at all is I think there ought to be some type of shuttle to take you over to the Ark Encounter ticketing. I generally don’t mind walking but we had to walk across the Ark Encounter parking lot which I thought could be a safety issue. And one of our party was handicapped on crutches. '

'If you are looking for a fun camping experience with plenty of room and electricity but without the hassle of setting up a tent, this is great! It was just like the pictures and descriptions. Comfy and clean accommodations with electricity and cute, safari-themed decor. The tents were fun, but some decorative items were dusty and it could be tricky keeping bugs out. The detached, communal bathrooms were tidy and stocked with hair dryers, towels, bath mats, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner,...

'The ladies that worked the front desk were so wonderful!!! So helpful! The rooms were up to date and clean. We did have a maintenance problem in our room, and it was taken care of efficiently and quickly! We stayed two nights! The Mexican food restaurant within several feet from the property is very good and like I said within walking distance! '

'The lady at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything. Most importantly though she didn't announce my room number. There were other people in the lobby when I was checking in, and since I was traveling alone it gave me peace of mind. The room and bathroom were very clean and the ac worked well. The bed was a bit on hard side but it was only for one night so it wasnt a huge deal. '
