'De sfeer was warm en welcoming. De staff is uiterst attent en zeer vriendelijk. Ik zou dit fijne hotel op loopafstand van de Glenfinnan ‘Harry Potter’ viaduct van harte aanraden. Superstil, prachtig grote tuin aan de voorkant aan Loch Shiel. Op korte rij afstand van Mallaig voor een heerlijke seafood lunch en de witte stranden van de lokale kust daar. '

'Zit tussen een hotel met kleine kamers en een hostel in maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 15min rijden naar Fort William, naast het ho(s)tel is de ferry naar de overkant van het Loch. '

'De ligging is fantastisch, kamers zijn wel wat verouderd maar gelukkig netjes en schoon. Uitzicht aan voorzijde fenomenaal met helder weer.'

'Hotel has seen better days. The rooms and public areas could do with a fresh-up. Especially the doors to the wet areas (toilet, bathroom). Our room was difficult to lock as that needed maintenance too. The staff was not able to fix it during our stay. Good and comfortable beds though. Breakfast area was huge so a big buffet to choose from but no egg station. No breakfast menu or freshly made coffee or tea available, only a machine. '

'The Hotel is great. There are only stairs. The vieuw on the Loch is fantastic. The staff are very nice and helpfull. You can have breakfast and dinner. '

'The whole experience was amazing despite the rain when we arrived. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spacious accommodations with a lovely two-tub bath and in-room dining. The location was excellent to explore the Glencoe sights. Highly recommended, for a splurge stay. '
