Hôtel près de Genesee River ()

« Great B&B! Very quiet neighborhood »

« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet. »

« La chambre est impeccable.. aussi le personnel.. merci »

« Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, I had to use the towels not to be on direct contact with them...and nobody responded to help me or even apologize....i have never seen that and I travel a lot »

« Hôtel bien localisé, près du stade mineur de baseball des Red Wings de Rochester. Malheureusement, le secteur de l'hôtel ne nous a pas inspiré confiance dès notre arrivée. L'hôtel en lui-même était parfait, très bon déjeuner pour le prix demandé! »

« We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...

« It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about...

« Idéalement situé, petit déjeuner vraiment bon avec oeuf , bacon , crêpes et même des biscuits avec le gravy , fruits , gruaux etc . Personnel de l'hôtel sympathique surtout la charmante madame au petit dejeuner. Installation très propre, parfait pour êtres de passage en familles . »
