'I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful gem just outside of Ubud City Center. The accommodations are lovely and it is very quiet as the villa is backed by rice fields. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast included was cooked to order and served at your room. There are several very good eateries within walking distance. It's about 45 minutes to walk into the city center if you want to visit the palace and art market. The villa staff arranged a very nice tour for me to several UNESCO sites. I...

'This was a lovely Hotel staff lovely and friendly the pool lovely we had breakfast a part of the deal limited. The room where great private little garden. Love the bathroom. The only downside to this if you have any walking aid this would not been the hotel for you. There are many step to walk down or up. I walk with a stick and found it hard. There is transport from the hotel to the they coffee stop where you can get a taxi from. We had trouble with our phone and could use them. But if you are...

'Go here when you're looking for peace and quiet or a romantic hide away... It's not too far from down town Ubud (shuttle service) but not around the corner either. Hotel offers guided morning tours through the rice fields, fun. As there is only a limited amount of rooms, you feel as if you're the only guests. Lovely pool area, beautiful gardens and views, very service oriented staff, but most of all.... amazing food. The hotel has a raw food menu for people who really want to go healthy.'

'Nieuw, net en schoon ruim hotel/ bungalow c.q villa's. Zeer rustig gelegen. Echter absoluut niet geschikt voor minder valide vanwege enorm veel trappen! Kwaliteit van het eten/keuken zeer matig. Bediening zeer slecht in talen. Slechts een medewerkster sprak redelijk Engels. Wat betreft omgeving ligt Ubud Heaven Sayan niet direct met zicht op de sawa's. Daarvoor moet je je verplaatsen in de omgeving. Shuttle Service naar Ubud centrum( zeer hectisch en super druk ) is slechts 2 maal per dag heen...
