'Beautiful clean & new hotel! Enjoyed the complimentary food & beverages and the convenience of the full service restaurant on the premises. Friendly staff, easy parking, spacious clean rooms, and we intentionally chose this walkable location to the LeConte Convention Center & Island shopping. My friend and I had a small issue with checkout, (wanting to split the final bill but that it was not an option) however the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!'

'The staff was very nice here and the rooms were clean and very roomy. The balconies were very enjoyable the beds were soft and the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My only real complaint is that there is not enough room for seating in the area where they hold breakfast. The food was okay but it wasn't great. It was a buffet of sorts but limited and it was so noisy you could barely hear yourself think. If they had a way to expand their morning room to allow for people to sit...
