If you are looking for breathtaking views from each of the three floors of an amazing cabin in the heart of the Smokies, you've come to the right place! From the moment we parked in the spacious and LEVEL (no scary slopes) driveway, we oohed and aahed about every thoughtful detail found inside and outside of this spectacular 3-story cabin! On our last day, no one really wanted to leave the wrap-around porches, with the comfort of the polywood luxury outdoor chairs and table sets. We did see a bear...twice! Total highlight! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! The beds and linens were high-quality, and the cabin was decked out to include anything we could have possibly needed or wanted. There were plenty of dishes, pots, and pans for the kitchen, which were so nice that we chose to eat at the cabin each night. One of our favorite luxury touches was the beautiful hand-crafted pottery from Alewine Pottery found throughout the cabin, from the kitchen and bath accessories to the leaf-print mugs for early-morning coffee. This was a family celebration to mark the end of my sister's cancer treatments (PTL!), and Carole and Lee were so kind and made us feel welcome (through emails/texts) and even caring words of encouragement prior to the trip. This was our second stay in the Smokies and I looked for weeks to find the perfect place. After staying at Fox Haven, we would never need to look for another cabin, if this one is available for our next trip. Thank you so much, Carole and Lee! :)
