We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for several reasons.First, the hot tub was not functional, which was very disappointing since it was one of the main features that attracted us to this listing. Although the control panel showed it was in âstandard mode,â the water didnât heat up properly, and we couldnât use it during our stay.Second, the grill was in poor condition. It was extremely dirty and rusted, with leftover residue and debris from previous use. We had planned to use it for a cookout, but it was clearly not maintained or cleaned, so we couldnât use it safely or hygienically.Most concerning of all, we found small insects all over the master bathroom, especially on the floor and towels. This raised major concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. Seeing bugs in what should be the most hygienic part of the house was unsettling and disappointing.Overall, the place did not feel well-maintained or clean, and it definitely did not match the standards we expected based on the listing. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.
