The living room has a nice sleeper sofa and one nice recliner for relaxing while enjoying the woodburning fireplace. Also, this condominium has three flatscreen Cable TVs all with with DVD's . The condominium building has two convenient elevators and luggage carts for guest use.

We are located in DOWNTOWN Gatlinburg accross the street from the famous aerial tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walk to anywhere from our location and find wonderful restaurants, endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and much more! If you do not want to walk, take the popular Gatlinburg Trolley, it stops right at our door and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge.
