'The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. '

'I saw 1 hotel employee during my entire stay. Check in process is done via a video screen and you're talking to someone virtually, takes much longer than it should. The door to my room could easily be pushed open even when locked. Overall it looked like the hotel had not been vacuumed in months. '
