'een prima appartement, comapct maar zeer goed uitgerust. Eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en gastvrij. Bij aankomst bloemen, fruit, water & extra koffiecups. Je voelt je zeer welkom. 'Our party of 7 enjoyed our 5-day stay immensely. Host was super communicative and responsive. Check-in process was a breeze. Great location - Vibrant neighborhood, coffee shops, Brasseries, Boulangerie, and paid parking within 1 block and the Champs-Élysées are a 1 minute walk via indoor mall cut-through. 'What a great house. First it was spotless. Second it is in the greatest location , minutes from two subways/metro that go EVERYWHERE you need to go. Central Paris is no more than20 minutes away. There is everything you need in the neighborhood, bakery, butchers, great restaurants, shopping. Next time in Paris we hope to stay there again. The host could not have been nicer. '

'It a great location but the apartment was not at all comfortable. We visited in July and Paris was warm. The bedroom/bathroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation, only a dehumidifier. The stairs are really just a ladder making it awkward to get luggage down. The ground floor is fine, but with 1 operable window, there was no cross ventilation. 'Stay was good, great location to Luxembourg park which is beautiful! Property was clean and communication was always prompt. A bit smaller than I thought but it worked great for 3 of us. The only issue was the ac, it’s not the a/c we have in America. It’s fans that you refill with water and have to refreeze ice packs. The upstairs room is too hot to be comfortable during 85 degree weather, and no where else to sit while you open windows and wait for the room to cool off. I slept with windows...
