'Küchenausstattung -Töpfe, Messer,... waren in schlechtem Zustand und sollten erneuert werden.Licht in der Küche, und Leselampen wurden trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter nicht repariert. Dusche und Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind aufgrund der Amaturen nicht tauglich.Außerdem fehlt es an nicht maroden Sitzgelegenheiten.Die Matratzen waren jedoch ausgezeichnet.'

'Fantastisk plassering, herlig takterrasse. Sove-/oppholdsrom passe stort selv med to store kofferter. Trappene er greie, fin trim et par ganger daglig. At en del ting kunne trenge litt vedlikehold er uvesentlig. På gjensyn! J&R'

'We arrived 6-7 hours late because of washed out roads near my mom’s birthplace in Fraine, Italy. The hosts arranged to check us in online and open the doors remotely. The apartment is beautiful and worked well with 4 adults and 3 kids. It is centrally located and we were able to get to Pompei, Capri, Sorrento and Naples by walking 10 mins to the train station. No need for a car. Our hosts answered every question/concern promptly and could not have been any more gracious. We LOVED our visit!!'

'Amazing host and property. Only stayed for 2 nights with family of six. Great location, easy check in. Apt is up several flights of stairs but there is an elevator. Host met us for check in and scheduled fair priced and reliable transportation for us. Overall a great experience.'

'This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. '

'What a lovely time we had in Rome in Francesca's flat! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. The flat was clean and very nice to stay in, especially thanks to the large terrace. The flat is also located in a pleasant neighbourhood, perfect for exploring (on foot or by bus) the different areas of the city. This place to stay is definitely recommended!'

'This rating is tricky. The apartment was clean, it was as advertised. We had no problems with check in or out. The host was great. The only reason for 3 stars was the location. The guides who picked us up for our tours were very concerned for our safety and told us not to leave the apartment after dark and not to leave unless we were stepping directly into an Uber. 'We had an incredible stay at this apartment with 4 adults and 5 kids—it was perfect for our group! We felt very safe throughout our stay, and the location was ideal. Just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and surrounded by delicious restaurants and gelato shops (literally right at the bottom of the stairs!).The A/C worked fantastically, which was a huge plus in the summer heat.
