Definitely recommended!

What a lovely time we had in Rome in Francesca's flat! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. The flat was clean and very nice to stay in, especially thanks to the large terrace. The flat is also located in a pleasant neighbourhood, perfect for exploring (on foot or by bus) the different areas of the city. This place to stay is definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.

What a treasure our hostess was! Francesca helped us navigate transportation and it was a lovely stay Truely close enough to the sights to enjoy the basilica, Vatican and the shops! The patio very relaxing and a great spot to begin and end each adventure.

This was the most welcoming home I have ever been in. The host was amazing. She even came to get us where the cab dropped us off. We were lost. The home is superbly stocked. It was very easy to catch a cab to everywhere we wanted to go. Couldn’t recommend it more. And the space outside was a blessing with the tourist season in full gear. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic Stay in Rome

We had a lovely stay in the flat. Francesca was so welcoming and helpful. She was very responsive through the entire process - meeting us at check in and ensured we were all set before leaving us. The apartment was clean and inviting and the AC worked very well! From a location perspective, the apartment was super close to the Vatican, and the neighborhood was quiet - which was a plus for us. But we had to take a cab to get to the other sites/areas, which had a much more livelier feel. (where you would walk out into the heart of everything) So it depends what you're looking for in terms of that. We had 3 adults and 1 teen, who slept on the pullout in the "kitchen area." So from that perspective, we did feel a little cramped at times as there was no place inside the apartment to hang all together and chat. However, the backyard area was lovely to gather. We also knew what we were getting so it wasn't really an issue for us. Overall, we had a very nice experience and stay. I highly recommend.

Sehr, schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlage und grosser Terrasse und Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Perfekt. Nicht optimal für Menschen, die zu Fuss schwach sind. Aber alle anderen finden hier ein perfekt gelegenes, kleines Paradies.

A miraculous Vatican stay!

I consider this a miraculous Vatican stay because from start to finish Francesca made us feel welcome and cared for in the home. It is right next to St Peter’s Square but you wouldn’t know it. Tucked on the backside of a busy street you couldn’t hear the traffic. The garden patio outside was beautiful and shaded. She helped to arrange our transport in as well as out of the city from cruise ship to airport. She provided great recommendations and all of us were SO COMFORTABLE. My adult children have been frustrated when some VRBO state they sleep 6 but actually only sleep 4. Not only did everyone have their own beds and their own rooms but their own full bathrooms and showers as well which really helped us keep the peace. The AC was cool which helped us greatly to regroup after long lines at the coliseum and sweltering heats and population from the jubilee offering us respite and resets to continue to enjoy our time. The Taxi stop was literally 5 min from our door which made it super easy as well to get around town when buses were full or slow. PLUS easy walking to almost everything. The apartment was also fully stocked with anything you forgot from shampoo to conversion chargers. I highly suggest you or your family take advantage of this amazing place with this amazing host. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

This place was perfection! The outside patio is beautiful and even bigger in person. Traveling with kids, it was wonderful to be able to do laundry. Francesca is an outstanding host and has all extra things you may need for a comfortable stay (extra misc toiletries, snacks, extra linens). Also, for those coming from US, the beds are all kings (I think listing says double occupancy), but they are kings so plenty of space. Loved having the 3 full baths too. Walking distance to Vatican made for very convenient early morning tour time.

Wonderful house and great location

We arrived after a cruise on one of the busiest days in Rome with the popes official in Oro mass. Streets were closed, and Francesca walked a half an hour to pick us up and help us bring our suitcases to her house!

Beautiful, safe, clean and comfortable

Best accommodation we stayed at in Italy. This apartment is 5 minutes walk to St Peter’s Square. It is on a hill, so the walk to and from the apartment is on a decent hill. There is an elevator in the building. This apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. TVs in each room. Bathrooms are clean. Patio area is massive and relaxing. If you want to be closer to the metro this is not the ideal location. It is about a 20 minute walk to the A metro line. Lots of restaurants close by down the hill.

Wonderful Stay Near the Vatican

We had a great stay near the Vatican and Francesca was so accommodating and helpful. She arranged our travel from the airport and to the cruise port. She greeted as the property and showed us how everything worked. She had great recommendations for restaurants and responded quickly anytime we reached out. The property was clean and well stocked. The garden is fabulous, especially the smell of Jasmiine The property is close to the Vatican. There is a hill to the property, but for us it did not cause a problem. Fantastic host with clean and comfortable accommodations! Had everything we needed. Outdoor space was amazing. Good restaurants, market, Vatican City, and city bus at the bottom of the hill. Hill was a bit legit for my mom, but we just took our time. Would highly recommend!!
