'Hotel: luxurious and great location, spacious and clean rooms, various cleaning room options. Hotel has a shuttle bus to drive guests to a train/subway station.
Staff: very helpful, give valuable and usefull information,
Restaurant/food: only tried western breakfast. Everyday was the same but had enough options to chose from. The only small complaint i have is the lack of protein options.
Overall: great hotel, would definitely recommend it for those visiting Kyoto'

'We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note).
The hospitality was exceptional and made this one of our favorite travel experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!'

'This Ryokan was fantastic! My wife and I stayed in the Seryo Ryokan for one night and were blown away by how nice and relaxing it was. We picked the private Onsen suite. Our room was the “Sakura” room which is a corner room with your own private garden, private onsen, and suite style room. The Kaiseki dinner was excellent and the breakfast was very good too. I will point out that dinner is rather early at 6 pm and although we were both full after dinner, we were craving additional food around 9...

'Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

'A very nice hotel at a convenient location. Beautiful spacious room (Signature De Luxe) with 2 big beds, a window that could be opened for fresh air, a nice bathroom with separate wc and shower. Superb breakfast and very friendly staff. Only one point to improve: the smoking area close to the beautiful entrance should be closed immediately. Does not fit to this eco hotel. We will be back!'
