Booking Requirements

• Guest Limit: Strictly 13 guests maximum.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

• Security Deposit: “A $100 refundable security deposit is required.”

• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.

• NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.

GUEST ACCESS



This property has two homes on the same lot- a front house and back house, with a shared backyard space in between. Guests have exclusive access to the entire front house. The backyard is shared with guests in the back house.



We’ve included carefully-considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.



Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.



☆☆ PARKING ☆☆



There is free street parking available. There is no garage or private driveway. Street parking is first come first serve. When parking your vehicle on the street, please note, you must place the provided Residential Parking Permit on your dash (1 permit is provided). The permit must be returned upon check-out. A fee will incur if permits are lost or removed after departure. City of Galveston charges us $500 for replacement.

Parking Permits: Front house- the permit should be on the desk by the dining table.

Parking: Guests can park anywhere in the street, but NOT IN THE ALLEY.
