'The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, and the location was great—close to The Strand, Stewart Beach, and plenty of restaurants. A few things to know before booking: the home has 3½ bathrooms, not as many as the listing says. The driveway/space between houses is tight for larger vehicles, and the busy street can be noisy with traffic, honking, and revving engines. 'Great place to stay and ton of space beautiful home and great shower pressure'

'We were asked not to park in the driveway, but no one else parked there the entire time we were there. The grass was about a foot tall and we had to walk across that. We also couldn't find a broom so we bought one and left it there for the next person. Everything else was great. A/C worked well, the beds were comfy.We also had to buy more toilet paper. 4 rolls for 5 days with all ladies just isn't enough.'

'The property was in a great spot in Galveston and quick access to the seawall and restaurants. There were a few things that disappointed us in the listing. First, the check in directions and WiFi networks instructions on the Vrbo email were outdated and need to be updated. The king bed was doable with sleeping but the bunkbed futon mattresses were extremely hard and you could feel the wooden slats in your back. Woke up each day with back pain. The water holder in the coffee machine had mold in...

'Host was great and easy to communicate with. Location and space were great, we needed a 1 night stay for our family before getting on a cruise. A few minor things in the house probably need to be addressed, but nothing major. House is nice. Neighborhood is slightly questionable, but we didn’t feel unsafe, by any means.'

'This property was perfect for what we needed! It was clean, cute, and as described. The owners are personable and made themselves available if we had any needs. It is a short distance from the beach and several popular restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!'

'This place is clean, easy to find and you can walk to most places I would recommend ice trays in the freezer so if we wanted to make ice, we could. But is a great little stop before we jumped on a cruise ship.'

'Hands down, best vacation rental ever. Not only did our host let us check in earlier than the agreed time, but the house was immaculate!! My kids had an amazing time.
