'The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! 'Sergio and his wife Ada were absolutely amazing, they even took the time to give us a map and explained every popular attractions and also gave us some recommendations for good restaurants. Since there was a strike the day we left, they looked at the bus schedule for us and recommended which line to take. The property was very clean and convenient, quiet neighborhood but close to a bus stop and also 20 min walking distance to the Duomo and major atractions. I cannot recommend this property...

'It was a great stay at the hotel. We booked superior but got a room with a balcony with the view on the Ponte vecchio. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The drinks are expensive on the rooftop bar but it is worth it now and then. The pool is nice to cool down a bit from the heat in the summer. Next to that the room is very clean and the beds are comfortable, the shower is also great. You can ask for room service...
