Propreté irréprochable, personnel d’un grand professionnalisme, souriant et chaleureux, parle très bien français, et est toujours disponible si besoin. Les chambres sont magnifiques, et insonorisées (le top). Le petit déjeuner, est excellent. Ce ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vaut bien son prix. Je réserverai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Florence. Je vous le recommande.

SEJOUR PARFAIT. PERSONNEL AU TOP NIVEAU
Hôtel trés bien situé. Il permet d'accéder à pieds aux musées, sites touristiques.... Il est très confortable, grande chambre avec bouilloire et cafetière nespresso et dosettes offertes Merci! Ce qui devient très rare malheureusement, avec un personnel toujours présent et disponible pour vous aider. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse de tous les membres de ce petit hôtel. Le breakfast est varié avec un choix de produits sans gluten. Un apéritif est offert tous les soirs. Je vous RECOMMANDE cet établissement.

Hotel extraordinairement bien placé, et un personnel (largement francophone) extraordinairement accueillant, serviable et attentionné !

Hôtel très bien placé, bruyant, mal insonorisé, personnel serviable arrangeant et sympathique, Et présence de petites bêtes qui ressemblaient fortement a des punaises de lit, se trouvaient sous nos oreillers et tête de lit, ainsi que des points noirs sur les draps. Le lendemain nous nous sommes réveillés avec des taches de sang sur le drap, signe de passage de ces petites bêtes . Sans aucune difficulté le directeur nous a jamais de chambre dès le lendemain matin. Nous sommes donc déçus par cet établissent.
