Everything was great and we would absolutely stay here again. Two small things: 1) the top bunk is comically close to the ceiling and the fixed safety rail makes it extremely difficult to actually use. We ended up having someone sleep on the couch. 2) I wish the unit supplied beach towels (we stayed in another unit in the same building that did and it was nice).

Loved the location!

Amazing view of the beach! Beautiful modern condo. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the from when we arrived but it was immediately and professionally addressed. Would definitely recommend and we would use the same place over again!

Nice and neat condo. Beds slept good and bathrooms were just right. Enjoyed my week and would be happy to stay here again. Price was good. Good location. This condo had its own parking spot which was nice. Access to beach is ok. Pool is small.

We stayed in the complex a couple years ago and enjoyed it so much then we decided to stay here again. It did not disappoint. My wife and I enjoy the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. I did like the reserved parking this time. Facility is clean and the area isn't too crowded. We will most likely stay again in the future!

The kitchen had the bare minimum when it came to equipment, but it was plenty for the two of us as we ate out every night. The complex is nice. The furnishings are what I would expect from a rental and in good shape. All in all this is a good condo and our experience with the rental company was very good. The smart phone app they provide is very useful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit. Got a call before we arrived that the murphy bed was out of service. When we arrived it was gone completely and they had installed a nice dresser and touched up the wall. It probably looks better without the bed and we did not need it! Overall loved the unit. The dishwasher had some funky growth in it so we avoided that, otherwise 5 stars.

Comfortable condo for a clean freak

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Must say one of the best as far as cleanliness, furnishings for unit 311 and th entire complex was well kept. I did not have to sanitize anything. We ve been coming several times a yr over last 15 yrs and will be back to this unit again. Compliments to the owner who has the unit tastefully decorated and stocked with good quality linens, towels, and kitchen items. The parking with this unit was a plus. These 2 seniors, our" kids" and our 12 yr old great gson loved every minute there. Elizabeth at Brookes n Shorey has been so helpful during our last several stays in the area. 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the condo. It could use a good deep cleaning. When we got there at night, the top bunk had not been changed as there was sand all through it. So we had to do laundry upon arriving. Of course the next day, they offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but that is to little to late at that point. The baseboards in the bathrooms need cleaned as there is hair and dirt all over them. Beyond that, the beach is beautiful and because of us traveling at the end of June there were not many people. It was very relaxing and enjoyable!
