This place is beautiful! Condo was very clean and had every kitchen item you could want. Loved having the air fryer and coffee machine that would do either K-cups or ground coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

The penthouse was absolutely gorgeous and so clean! It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home away from home! The view was absolutely beautiful too! I 100% recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

We have stayed in this area for years. This condo is above and beyond wonderful. If you were like us you spend hours looking at many units. Well we will never be able to stay anywhere else.Nor would we want to. The balcony with the comfy furniture was the best thing about the entire unit! Thank you for sharing this space with a family from Kentucky who has had a very rough year. See you next year God willing and the creek dont rise.

Great Owner/Sweet Stay

Jason is an excellent communicator & a pleasure to work with - excellent response time. Condo has a nice layout & accommodations for a girls trip; easy check-in, great location, great view of the beach/ocean. We would love to stay at this condo again.

Best property I have stayed!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely stay here again. Clean and modern. AC works great. Fabulous view!! Nice comfy patio furniture on balcony to watch the sunsets. Plenty of pillows, blankets. Trash chute a plus for disposal. Unit has stacked washer/dryer, but property also has large laundry room. Close to everything-great seafood restaurant, Target nearby. Great beach service and white powder sand! No downside to property. 7th floor with dual elevators.

Island Echos

The second bedroom was missing a clothing rod in the closet, which made it very inconvenient. This was a girl's trip and we have clothes! Please install a clothing rod. Also, the second bathroom shower door was broken/ off track. Security lock on front door was broken and hanging. Overall, great condo and a great location.

Great Vacation

The condo was well furnished and equipped. The location was great. The owner was very responsive. The only negative was that the site says there is a hot tub but there is not a hot tub on the property.

Beautiful Condo!!

My husband and I loved this condo which had so many great things about it. What we liked was the fully stocked kitchen, the best location and view from the 7th floor, close to the elevator, beach, near many great restaurants and the furnishings made me feel at home. It had everything you could possibly need. We hope to go back to this condo in the future and have recommended it to our friends. The owner Jason was quick to reply to all my questions and so helpful. Thank you!

Perfect getaway!

This unit is exactly what is advertised! The pool and beach access are so close and the location is within 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in Destin. We will be back!

Family Vacation

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

Our family of four stayed for a full week, but it wasn’t long enough! Great location, amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony, well stocked condo including boogie boards. We loved the chair and umbrella service provided on the beach each morning. It’s a small thing, but we appreciated the twin beds rather than bunk beds in the second bedroom. We also loved the smart tv so we could stream our favorite programs when taking a break from the sun. No issues with gate or door codes. Even with several double red flag (i.e. angry ocean) days, there was plenty to do and we enjoyed our time immensely! Thank you, Jason, for providing such a comfortable, enjoyable home for our use. We will definitely be back!

Fun and Relaxing Family Vac

This condo was fantastic for our little family to get away on our annual June trip to the beach. The view from the 7th floor was awesome, the place was updated and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked including an air fryer which was extra handy. The beach was just steps from the door and the beach service was my husband’s favorite part. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your little slice of beach heaven.

Cute Condo! Comfy Beds!

We had a great stay! Such a cute clean condo! The kitchen was stocked well. Loved how many coffee cups they had so we didn’t have to wash daily. Having a washer and dryer was a life saver. The beds were very comfortable. They had a deck of cards and some other games to play which was nice. The ocean view was beautiful off the balcony. Only a few small complaints. The breaker in the kitchen would trip if you had the lights on and used the microwave at the same time. The A/C is loud when it kicks on when sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. Only bothered us the first night and then we were use to it. I am a light sleeper. These small things don’t keep us from having a great stay. We would totally rent the same condo again!

Fall Break

We came for a quick fall break trip with the kids. Our room was very nice and clean. My favorite was the balcony and the furniture out there. Looking at other balconies this one was the best! Beautiful views. The only negative I have to say is we ran out of toilet paper. We only had 2 half rolls when we got there. Yes, we just bought more, but not something we really wanted to do on vacation. We didn’t contact owner over it though. We did however, have to contact the owner over the gate code not working (not his fault though). He was very quick to respond so we certainly appreciated that. If we come back, I will definitely try to get this room again! Thank you!

Excellent condo

Our girls trip could not have been more perfect. This condo has it all. Beauty and convenience and awesome view. We had everything we needed to cook or just relax on the balcony. Sure hope to stay here again in the future

Awsume Condo

Loved the condo . Issue with the beach service that is separate buisness . The beach chairs come with this condo included in the price however the beach chair fella would sit 4 to 5 chairs on the back row and tell you if you want the front you have to pay extra 15 dollars I didn't like that. I've stayed at Island echos twice and never encountered this I felt the beach chair company was wrong trying to upcharge people. Overall great condo
