Our family of 5 stayed in unit 103 7/19-7/25. We had a wonderful time!
Parking: there was plenty of outdoor parking and several covered spots although the covered spots were narrow. There was not a parking attendant or gate, you simply park where you want and place the car tag in your windshield.
Unit: unit 103 was large and comfortable, more than enough room for our family. The AC was cool and the shower pressure was good (also, the water was hot, which is critical to me). The bathrooms were large and there was a lot of closet space. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans (no fan in the front room with bunk beds). The TV in the main living area had several remotes and no instructions, but we were able to figure out how to use it. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.
Kitchen: the kitchen had a good sized pantry and was well stocked in terms of plates, silverware, etc. You will need to bring dish soap, sponge and basic condiments (these are usually included when we stay in condos but not here).
Location: Great location. Publix is a mile or 2 down the road and the beach is literally right outside. We chose this unit because it's the ground unit and we could exit our balcony (via a gate and walk almost directly onto the beach.
Beach: the beach is gorgeous and the unit comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs. They set them up around 8am-9am and took them down around 4pm. This condo relatively small so the beach never felt crowded with people.
Overall, great stay!
