'The unit was cozy and well stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable. It was an easy, short walk to the beach access with a crosswalk right by the complex. Great location in Seagrove - close to great local restaurants and a short drive to Seaside or Alys Beach. The host provided detailed instructions about the unit and the property, and also provided lots of suggestions for things to do. Would stay here again!'

'The property was nice and the pool was clean, there was some things about the room that could use some improvement. Keriug coffee makers are a travelers best friend! The standard coffee pot the host is providing, filters with coffee should be provided is a standard!! I would be happy to purchase a box of pods. Can we be real on the toilet paper? 1 roll? I was there 3 days for 2 people, I purchased more and left it I hope the next guest will use it because no one should ever have to bring more...

'Good communication with the owner. Not very personable though, just very black & white, to the point. We didnt get to enjoy alot of the amenities because they were closed. They were also replacing carpet in the Luau halls and our floor was one of them. The room was wonderful. Destin was amazing. I would definitely go back. I couldn't pass up the great deal!!'

'Unfortunately the heated pool wasn’t heated and won’t be for a few more weeks. However the property was very nice and clean and with questions Benchmark responded quickly. Overall very nice experience. '
