« Where to start…the only upside was the bar and cafe were close by the beach. Condo unit was badly outdated with bulky furniture that made it difficult to move around. Master bath shower head sprays water on the ceiling and straight out the door if it’s not pointed correctly. The elevators were broke down majority of the time we were there making it take a very long time to catch one. The private beach area is small and with all the rows of rentals set chairs taking up most of the beach area. You...

« We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples. There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). We also would have appreciated having extra blankets available. The game room had a noticeable odor, which might be helped...

« The property was cute and right on the docks. You could watch the herons fishing. The walk to the private beach wasn’t far and the beach was gorgeous. I appreciated the good communication and clear directions from the host. The larger bathroom closet smelled like mildew. It shares a wall with the shower - not sure how you could avoid that. Finally, get rid of the pic of Big Kahuna splash park as “the pool”. I really was disappointed that there wasn’t a pool on the property and felt putting the...

« Our stay was fantastic!!! The owner, Tufan was an excellent host. He provide all the info and necessary items for our stay to be amazing. The description and photos were 100% accurate. Location is perfect! The private beach area guarantees a place to either rent a chair/umbrella (we did and highly recommend it) or bring your own beach chairs. We will revisiting Destin again in August and will choose this condo again. Thanks Tufan for making our vacation stress free and memorable. »
