Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The hotel is OLD and defiantly OVERPRICED the rooms are sparse and gives 1986 no water or any type of convivence snacks were available for purchase nor as a welcome gift. the hotel is 90% marble which means it gets cold NO heat available in the entire hotel. we had to boil pots of water and turn on the oven in the penthouse to keep us warm as they were only able to provide blankets. There were no phones in the rooms or hallways even in the penthouse! Forcing you to go to the desk for everything, no over night staff so please do not need anything after hours, you will need to wait until 7am the following morning. The price tag even on a discount site was not worth the money. The only truly wonderful thing about the hotel was the Italian restaurant, the food was actually very good and service was impeccable. The tiki hut was a nice vibe and drinks were good the food from the tiki bar was given Gordon Food Services. The beach access was nice the cabanas at this hotel were also disappointing, as they do not give quick pool access nor a view of the beach. I do not think I would ever stay here again at this price point. Also if there was an airport shuttle I didn't see it.
