« Really great hotel, nice breakfast and superbe service »

« The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options. »

« The breakfast was terrible. Cereals and milk only. No toasts or anything else. We went to Perkins to have breakfast. We will not go to that place in the future. »

« La chambre qui nous avait été attitré etait très spacieuse mais avec une très forte odeur de pipi de chat. Le changement de chambre s'est fait sans problème. »

« The Lodge at Old City Hall delivers an exceptional experience with spotless rooms, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail of our stay was wonderful, making it a place we'd highly recommend and happily return to! »

« The property was very nice and staff were friendly. The breakfast option, purchase only, was highly priced especially for the quality of the food. For example, a bowl of oatmeal was almost $10! Apple juice was $7. For two people, we spent $34. That’s ridiculous. That is why I rated our stay okay. »

« Hands down one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! The whole motorcycle-themed concept is awesome, and they absolutely nailed it. The rooms are spotless, everything looks brand new, and did I mention there’s an ACTUAL motorcycle in the room?! Not a picture, not a model, but a full-size Honda Repsol sitting behind glass. Pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve slept next to a motorcycle without my wife questioning my life choices. The attention to detail is incredible. They even have an ice...

« Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty. »

« Conveniently located right off the interstate »

« Magnifique suite avec 3 chambres et un canapé lit. Le petit bémol concerne le canapé lit pour la première nuit nous n'avions pas de couette ni de seeviette supplémentaires alors que la reservation a été faite pour7 personnes. Mais sinon l'hotel est tres bien situé pour les visites des Smoky mountains et la suite très confortable. »

« Excellent en tout points et personnel très aimable, rapport qualité prix exceptionnel »

« One of the beds in our room ended up having bed bugs. Sam the manager did get our party another room but after that first night kinda put a damper for the rest of the trip. »

« The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed »

« Hôtel parfait »

« Nice for the price. »

« The room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good! The coffe machine was amazing! Will be coming back! »
