« We spent a pleasant night here with a very spacious room and comfortable bed, although the bathroom felt a touch old-fashioned. Our evening meals, in the bar, were OK, nothing special, although service was quite slow, and for some reason we couldn’t use a Greene King drink voucher despite it being a Greene King pub ! « We booked in so that we could attend the Theatre Royal, which is close by. We wondered whether the parking would be adequate, and it was. We had lunch on arrival. My wife ordered chicken kiev but the dish was really chicken escalopes, but still nice. We liked our room. Temperature control via radiator valves. Very comfortable and clean. The bathroom equipment looked brand new. »

« The inn is next to the river ouse in a beautiful area and, by car, is 5 minutes from St. Ives, a very interesting town to visit. To visit Cambridge you can go via various little villages through the countryside avoiding the very crowded A14 - about 40 mins. "Very nice and helpful receptionist, Hannah. Good size room and bathroom. Ideally situated for the bus and train. Only negative, was the cleaning. Glasses were never changed or washed up (4 night stay)top of unit never cleaned,where cups were.One day pillows were left on the floor. I left a note to ask for the soap dispenser to be fiĺled, this never happened."

"Tout s’est bien passé lors de notre séjour. Notre chambre était propre et fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. L’eau chaude fonctionnait bien. L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter Cambridge, à proximité de nombreux bâtiments de l’université."
