'The property was great, the location was perfect in west end, but the management company doesn’t do their job. I struggled to get any responses from them after multiple attempts over months to get check in information and didn’t manage to get any information until a few hours before check in when I had already landed in Edinburgh. I had to contact VRBO multiple times to get them to contact the management company so I could get a response. I also sent a message in advance requesting a late...

'This is a lovely spacious well presented caravan on a lovely beach side Haven site. The host provided things like towels, tea, coffee, sugar and toilet roll and lovely little extras like mini shampoo and body wash and biscuits and chocolates were waiting for us on our arrival. The gas bottle did run out on our first night but the host responded immediately to my message and arranged for staff to come and replace it immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks'
