'Prima hotel met een voor Amerikaanse begrippen uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk bed en aardige medewerkers. Zwembad foto’s zijn mooier dan in werkelijkheid (uitzicht op parkeerplaats, geen privacy).'

'Everything was excellent, except the fact that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I only got a 2 queen bed room. When I asked them about it they said they don’t have that there and if they did then it would be a fire hazard. And that was per the general manager.'

'I happened to stay at this hotel twice, and unfortunately, neither experience met my expectations. The customer service was poor, and the breakfast options were very limited. Most importantly, I did not feel safe during my stay. I saw a homeless person sitting near my car, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about going outside or getting something from my vehicle. 'I had a 3-day stay at this hotel and the staff was good I just had one problem it seemed my air condition worked when it wanted too but I wasn't about to complain because I was okay. The breakfast is always good which consists of several items like cereal,bagels, eggs, bacon or sausage depending on the day, coffee, yogurt ,muffins, waffles you have to make yourself and much more. Overall it was an ok experience and I will definitely always return when I'm visiting Houston.'
